Evening primrose oil is obtained from evening primrose seeds by pressing, extraction and subsequent refining. The oil is light yellow in color and the aroma and taste is almost neutral.
Usage
The proportion of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) makes evening primrose oil an excellent oil in pharmacy and cosmetics. It is very moisturizing and moisturizing and helps in rough and cracked areas or skin irritated by sun, heat and stress. The skin is smoother.
