Pure Vitamin E (tocopherol) is soluble in oils. The product (tocopheryl acetate) is a modified vitamin E (CWS means is adapted to be water soluble). It is a white or yellowish white powder, which contains min. 50% tocopheryl acetate. Vertical ca. 50% is usually modified starch, maltodextrin, and traces of silica.
Usage
Tocopheryl acetate is a water soluble form of vitamin E. It has antioxidant effects. Suitability for use of the manufacturer must test the final product.
