Information
The hydrolate green tea is obtained from the leaves of the tea bush by steam distillation. The tea plant is an evergreen shrub that can grow up to 15 m high. When cultivated, its height is limitedto 1 - 3 m so that it can be harvested more easily. It is grown in regions with a mild climate and abundant rainfall. The hydrosol is rich in active ingredients, as it is gently distilled and has a low content of essential oil.
